Our records show you will be receiving a W-2 Form from us for the 2018 tax year.  To receive your form quickly and conveniently:

Online

After January 22, 2019

1. Click on My Cornerstone at cornerstone-staffing.com

(If you’ve forgotten your UserName or Password, choose “Can’t Access Account”)

2. Click Pay History on the top banner
3. Choose W-2 on left side
4. Print a copy for your records

If you haven’t previously consented to receive an electronic W-2.

1. Click on My Cornerstone at cornerstone-staffing.com
2. Click on the eDocuments on the top banner
3. Choose the Input link next to “Electronic W2s” to consent to receive your Form W-2 online.

By US Mail:

If you have opted to receive a paper Form W-2 in the mail, Cornerstone will mail it by January 31, 2019.

If you’ve recently moved, please follow the instructions below to update your address:

1. Log into My Cornerstone from http://www.cornerstone-staffing.com
2. Click the Personal Info section on the top banner
3. Click the pencil icon to update your address.

All address changes must be received by January 21, 2019.
