What does it mean to be a Best of Staffing winner?

We are proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by our clients. On average, clients of winning agencies are 1.7 times as likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies. Clients rated Cornerstone with 4.6/5 stars for service excellence. Cornerstone has achieved Best of Staffing from ClearlyRated every year since 2016.

Winners who earned the Diamond Award distinction consistently earn industry-leading satisfaction scores from their clients. Less than 1% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada have achieved the Diamond Award for service excellence. Focused on helping U.S. companies find the right people for their job openings, Cornerstone received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 73.5% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 46%. Cornerstone received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 68.4%, which far exceeds the industry’s average of 31%.

The short survey comprised includes these five questions that are considered NPS drivers. Our results are:

  • 92.4% of our clients agree that we submit multiple qualified candidates that match their requirements.
  • 96.9% of our clients agree that we submit candidates who would be a good culture fit for their team.
  • 95.4% of our clients agree that we submit candidates within the expected timeframe established.
  • 97.4% of our clients agree that we set realistic expectations regarding the open positions our clients ask us to work on.
