The 2016 end of the year is fast approaching! If you have opted to receive your Form W-2 by mail and have moved since applying with us, please follow the instructions below to sign-up to receive your Form W-2 electronically or to update your address!

All electronic consent forms and address updates must be completed by January 6, 2016. Don’t delay receipt of your IRS tax form – receive your form quickly and conveniently:

Get your Form W-2 online:
Log into My Cornerstone from http://www.cornerstone-staffing.com, and go to the eDocuments section. Click on the Input link next to “Electronic W2s” to consent to receive your Form W-2 online.

After January 10, 2017 log into My Cornerstone to access your Form W-2 under the Pay History section. Print a copy of the form for your personal records.

Update your address:
Log into My Cornerstone from http://www.cornerstone-staffing.com, and go to the Personal Info section and click on the pencil icon to update your address.
Cornerstone will mail your Form W-2 by January 31, 2017.
